Construction and Renovation

Our team was entrusted with renovating this beautiful home in Atlantic Beach Estate.

This renovation combined new construction with carefully planned upgrades to enhance both the home and lifestyle of its owners. The project included an upstairs patio built on a concrete slab, a custom pergola, modern kitchen and bathroom renovations, and an interior and exterior refresh.

Kitchen Upgrade

As part of this Atlantic Beach Estate home renovation, the kitchen was completely upgraded.

This kitchen renovation included the installation of contemporary fitted cabinetry, a custom quartz island and counters, and large-format tiling throughout. Careful planning, skilled craftsmanship, and attention to detail ensured a high-quality finish, resulting in a practical and durable kitchen that enhances the functionality and value of the home.

Bathroom Upgrades

This bathroom renovation involved the complete installation of new sanitaryware, feature tiles, decorative wallpaper, and modern fittings.

From preparation and waterproofing to tiling and final finishes, every aspect of the remodel was carefully executed to achieve a high-quality result. The use of distinctive tiles and feature walls adds visual interest, while the upgraded layout and fixtures improve functionality, durability, and long-term value.

Interior Renovation & Feature Wall Installation

As part of this interior renovation, flair and function were added to their lounge area. We constructed a beautiful brick divider to support a new wood-burning fireplace. This feature created a natural separation between living spaces

Other creative renovations included a secret bedroom entrance and another striking divider wall, designed to create a natural separation between the lounge and dining room.

A Hidden Door

A Bookshelf, or a secret door?

One of the more unique elements of this home renovation was the creation of a concealed entrance to a newly constructed bedroom off the lounge. To avoid a traditional door opening directly into the living area, a custom bookshelf door was designed and installed instead. Seamlessly integrated into the room, the hidden entrance provides both functionality and great character.

Exterior Patio Enhancements

As part of the renovation, the homeowners wanted to expand their outdoor living and entertainment areas, leading to the construction of a new upstairs patio.

Daws Projects completed a significant outdoor living extension by constructing a reinforced concrete slab above the existing lounge area to create a new upstairs patio. The space was finished with quality tiling and enclosed with a balustrade
