Project 5 – Sea Point Apartment Renovation

Renovated & Modernised

Our task for this Sea Point apartment renovation involved a complete modernisation of the interior and exterior.

This includes fully upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring, fresh interior painting, and the installation of new aluminium windows to improve light and durability. Outdoors, we replaced old paving with a beautifully crafted wooden deck and added a stylish patio roof, creating an enhanced outdoor living area perfect for relaxation and entertaining.

Interior Transformation

New flooring, contemporary kitchens and bathrooms, and a full interior repaint brought new life into the apartment, creating a bright, comfortable, and inviting home perfectly suited to modern living.

Kitchen Upgrade

The kitchen in this Sea Point apartment was completely upgraded.

Simple, modern kitchen cabinetry was installed to create a clean, functional, and contemporary space. Following the very nuetral, simple colour palette, and precise detailing, the result is a space that feels bright, practical, and perfectly suited to modern apartment living.

Bathrooms Remodelled

The bathrooms in this Sea Point apartment were fully renovated with a strong focus on quality finishes and quality workmanship.

Working closely with and guided by an interior designer, we helped bring the vision to life through carefully executed detailing and precision cabinetry and finishes.

Exterior Decking

A magnificent Garapa wooden deck completely transformed the outdoor patio area of this Sea Point apartment renovation.

Outdated paving was replaced with a beautifully crafted expansive timber deck, with an aluminium patio structure to ensure the outside area can be enjoyed irrespective of the weather. We created a warm, contemporary outdoor living space designed to maximise the apartment’s magnificent outlook.
